Super Metroid 'Samus', Original Painting

This is the original one of a kind acrylic on illustration board painting of Samus Aran, from Nintendo's Metroid franchise. Image is 11" x 17", with a 1" white border, bringing the full size to 13" x 19", and comes signed and framed.

One of Nintendo's best, and criminally under-appreciated properties, my goal with this piece was to portray our heroine in a level of detail and realism that we haven't yet seen in any of the games thus far. Battle damaged and textured, her characteristically stern look is peaking out just beyond her robotic exoskeleton. Here's to hope that we'll see Prime 4 someday, till then, save the animals.
